Terms of Service

Last revised on October 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Partner Client, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Jackamo ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and discloses information about you in connection with the website jackamo.ai and its subdomains, including app.jackamo.ai (the "Website"), the Jackamo AI assistant that can take part in your group chats and direct messages over iMessage, RCS and SMS (the "Assistant"), any related web, desktop or mobile applications (the "Apps"), and any services, content, tools, features and functionality offered on or through them (collectively referred to as the "Services"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as a user of the Services, including as a member of a group chat that Jackamo has been added to.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not understand or agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the Services.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, in which case we will update the "Last revised" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to how we use or disclose information we collect, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (such as by emailing you at the last email address you provided us or by sending you a text message) and will take additional steps as required by applicable law. If you do not agree to any updates to this Privacy Policy, please do not continue using or accessing the Services.

Our privacy commitments

  • We do not sell your information, and we do not disclose it to data brokers or to third parties who resell it.

  • We do not use your messages or other content to train AI models.

  • Each group chat is kept separate. What Jackamo knows about one group is used only for that group and is never shared with another group.

  • Your groups decide how much Jackamo sees, using the Private and Very Private settings described below.

Collection and use of information

When you use or access the Services, we collect certain categories of information about you from a variety of sources.

In addition to the specific uses described below, we use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including to understand your requests, plan and complete tasks on your behalf (which may include engaging third parties on your behalf), generate responses, remember context within each group chat, and provide suggestions based on your interactions with the Services. We also use this information to communicate with you, measure and analyze performance, enhance the safety and security of our Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Information you directly provide us

Some features of the Services may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features. Information that you directly submit through our Services includes:

  • Contact details, such as name, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information to create and maintain your account, provide the Services, and communicate with you (including, if you opt in, to tell you about products or services that may be of interest to you).

  • Payment information, such as credit or debit card information and billing address, which we collect using a third-party payment processor. We use this information to process your payments and provide the Services.

  • Vault information, such as saved logins and payment methods you add to our "Vault" feature so that Jackamo can complete tasks for you. Vault information is encrypted before it is stored, is filled into websites directly from the Vault, and is not shown to the AI models that power the Assistant. We use Vault information only to provide the Services to you.

  • Any other information you choose to include in communications with us, for example, when you send a text message to Jackamo or contact our support. We use this information to provide the Services.

Information collected in group chats

Jackamo is designed to be added to group chats. When Jackamo is in a group chat, we receive messages sent in that conversation, along with the phone numbers of its members and information about who joins or leaves the conversation. This means we may receive information about group members who have not signed up for Jackamo themselves. Each group controls how much Jackamo processes:

  • Private: Jackamo may process the messages in the conversation, and keeps a limited number of recent messages so it can follow context and respond when it can be helpful.

  • Very Private: Jackamo only processes messages that mention it or reply directly to it. All other messages are discarded as they arrive and are never stored. Switching a group to Very Private deletes the recent messages kept for that group.

We use information from group chats to respond in that conversation, to remember things that are useful to that group (such as plans, preferences and names that members share), and to complete tasks the group asks for. Information Jackamo keeps about a group is only used in that group. It is not shared with other groups, and it is not added to any member's personal information. In a direct message with Jackamo, you may be able to ask about things said in groups you belong to, but only from the time you were a member of that group. When someone new joins a group, Jackamo will not share what was said before they joined unless the group allows it.

Where possible, we replace phone numbers with anonymous labels before group messages are processed by AI models. We keep a record of whether Jackamo responded to each message and why, without storing the content of the message.

Information collected through your use of the Assistant

The Assistant acts on your behalf when you ask it to. To do so, and depending on the permissions you grant, it may have access to information you share with and make available to it, including messages you send, information from applications and services you have connected, and other text, images or data that you make available to it. This may include the content of messages, emails, or other private communications that you choose to make accessible to the Assistant.

Depending on how you use the Assistant, it may have access to information that is considered sensitive. For example, you may provide payment information so it can make a reservation or purchase for you, or logins for third-party accounts so it can sign in on your behalf. You may also use the Assistant to process health-related information, for example, when it books a medical appointment for you. When a task in a group chat requires personal details like these, Jackamo moves that part of the conversation to a direct message with the relevant person, and those details are not shared with the group.

The Assistant completes some tasks using a cloud browser and a separate, isolated workspace for each group. Information in a group's workspace is only used for that group.

We do not use your messages, Vault information, or other content you provide to the Services to train AI models.

Please note that the Services and the Assistant are not a professional advisor, so you should not rely on them for actions requiring financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice or judgment.

Information collected from Google Workspace

If you choose to link your Google account to the Services, we receive access to your Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts, along with related message metadata, calendar event details, contact details and other content that Google shares with us via Google Workspace APIs. We use information collected from Google Workspace to provide the Services, including so that the Assistant can take actions on your behalf, and to personalize your use of the Services. Information from your Google account is linked to you personally and is not shared with your group chats, except for the results of tasks you ask Jackamo to complete for a group.

Our use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use information received from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train AI models, or for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising. To the extent that third parties process information collected from Google Workspace on our behalf (including third-party AI model providers), we only permit them to process this information on our behalf and to help us provide the Services (and for certain legally permissible purposes such as maintaining security and complying with law). We do not disclose raw or derived Google Workspace user data to third-party AI services, including third-party AI model providers, for model training or secondary purposes.

At any time, you may revoke our access to your Google account and request deletion of information collected via the Google Workspace APIs. You may revoke access by disconnecting Google in your settings at https://app.jackamo.ai, or through your Google account's security settings. You may also delete the information we previously collected from Google Workspace by deleting your account at https://app.jackamo.ai or by contacting us at jonny@hey.com.

Information we collect automatically about your interaction with the Services

We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data"). Usage Data does not include the content of your messages. We use Usage Data to operate and improve the Services, run analytics, and better understand how people use the Services.

  • Usage information, such as pages visited, features used, clicks, time spent on pages and other information about how you use and interact with our Website and Apps.

  • Location information, such as your approximate location, or your precise location if you choose to share it.

  • Log data, network and device information, including IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, time zone setting, and date and time stamps. We may also use this information for safety and security purposes and to investigate bugs.

Information collected from other sources

We may obtain information about you from outside sources, including information that we collect directly from third parties and information from third parties that you choose to share with us.

In particular, the Services may obtain information about you when you choose to provide the Services with access to third-party applications, such as your Google account (discussed above), or from login integrations such as Google sign-in, which may provide your profile and email address. We also receive information from our messaging providers about the conversations Jackamo is part of, such as phone numbers, group membership and message delivery status. You may disconnect a third-party integration at any time in your settings at https://app.jackamo.ai. Please note that disconnecting a third-party integration does not automatically delete data collected from that integration. You can request deletion of that data at https://app.jackamo.ai or by contacting us at jonny@hey.com.

Any information we receive from outside sources will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party's policies or practices. For more information, see the section below, Third-party websites and links.

Deidentified information

We may deidentify or anonymize your information such that it cannot reasonably be used to infer information about you or otherwise be linked to you ("deidentified information") (or we may collect information that has already been deidentified or anonymized), and we may use deidentified information for any lawful purpose. To the extent we possess or process any deidentified information, we will maintain and use such information in deidentified form and not attempt to re-identify the information, except for the purpose of determining whether our deidentification process satisfies legal requirements.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

We and third parties automatically collect certain Usage Data about your interactions with our Website and Apps, including through cookies, pixels or other tracking technologies ("Tracking Technologies"). This information is collected to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and run analytics. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you may be able to control the way in which your devices permit the use of Tracking Technologies. If you so choose, you may block or delete our cookies from your browser; however, blocking or deleting cookies may cause some of the Services, including certain features and general functionality, to work incorrectly.

Your browser settings may allow you to transmit a signal or other mechanism for exercising your choice regarding the collection or processing of your information when you visit various websites. Our Website is not currently designed to respond to such signals.

Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your information to third parties subject to this Privacy Policy, including the following categories of third parties:

  • Our affiliates or others within our corporate group.

  • Vendors and other service providers who help us provide the Services, including for hosting, databases, messaging (to send and receive text messages), cloud browsers, payment processing, security, and analytics purposes.

  • Third-party AI model providers who help power the Assistant. We do not permit them to use your information to train their models where we are able to control this.

  • Third parties with whom the Services interact on your behalf, for example, when Jackamo makes a restaurant reservation or buys tickets for you or your group.

  • Other members of a group chat, when Jackamo responds in that conversation or reports the result of a task the group asked for. Jackamo does not share information you provide in a direct message, such as payment details or logins, with the group.

  • Third parties to whom you request or direct us to disclose information, such as when you connect a third-party integration or login integration.

  • Third parties in connection with or in anticipation of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

  • Professional advisors, such as auditors, law firms, or accounting firms.

We may also disclose your information for legal and security reasons and to protect our Services and business, including to cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory inquiries, to detect and prevent fraudulent or illegal activity, to exercise or defend legal claims, and to ensure the safety and security of our business and users.

We do not sell your information. We will not provide information collected from Google Workspace to third parties for their own purposes.

Your choices

  • Group settings: any member can see and change a group's settings by signing in at app.jackamo.ai.

  • Remove Jackamo: any member of a group chat can remove Jackamo from that conversation at any time.

  • Forget something: you can ask Jackamo to forget information it remembers about you or your group.

  • Text messages: reply STOP to stop receiving text messages from Jackamo, or HELP for help.

  • Connected accounts: you can disconnect Google and other integrations in your settings at app.jackamo.ai.

  • Marketing: you can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. In Private groups, Jackamo keeps a limited number of recent messages for context. In Very Private groups, messages that do not mention Jackamo or reply to it are never stored. You can request deletion of your account and the information associated with it at https://app.jackamo.ai or by emailing jonny@hey.com. Information a group has asked Jackamo to remember stays with that group and can be deleted by that group.

Third-party websites and links

We may provide links to third-party websites or platforms. If you follow links to sites or platforms that we do not control and are not affiliated with us, you should review the applicable privacy policy, policies and other terms. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of, or information found on, these sites or platforms. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, such as third-party social networking platforms, may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators.

Children's privacy

Our Services are intended only for people 18 years of age or older, and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information about children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information about a child, in particular any child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our systems. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, you may contact us using the information below to request that it be deleted.

Data security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect your information, including encrypting Vault information and keeping each group's information separate. Despite our reasonable efforts to protect your information, no security measures are impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." AI agent features such as the Assistant may present additional privacy and security considerations because they can perform tasks or take actions on your behalf, based on the permissions you grant.

As with any technology that acts on your behalf, there are inherent considerations to be aware of. These include the possibility of unintended actions (including unintended payments or communications to outside parties), incorrect or incomplete outputs, and interactions with third parties or group members who may include misleading instructions intended to influence AI agents. We encourage you to review actions taken by the Assistant and to remain attentive while using the Services.

Moreover, any information you send to us electronically, while using the Services or otherwise interacting with us, may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.
